  • Acting as a Lettings Negotiator via our satellite offices in Manchester, Nottingham & Brighton and  purpose of our role is to conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress lets through to exchange and completion for corporate & private clientele.
  •  Structure, walls and roofs
  • Communal hallways
  • Car parking spaces
  • Cleaning, gardening and window cleaning
  • Facilities onsite such as vehicle gates, lifts, smoke and fire alarms
  • Health & safety/fire risk assessments and related issues
  • Preparation of year end accounts
