Hi, I'm James Kelly one of the senior business partners of Sunshine Property Lettings.  I'm an old real estate agent veteran with experience as a manager, owner, investor, broker, appraiser and architect. 

Prior to starting James Hotels, I participated in the acquisition, development, management and leasing efforts of a $5 million-dollar commercial real estate portfolio for the Barclays Group.  The portfolio contained properties more than 2 million square feet.  

Overall, I have been involved with over $2.9 billion of real estate investment, management and development, and sales in my career to date,
